I've had better days!

I feel like a boxer that is getting pounded one after another...right,left,right,left. It is amazing. I am leaving for vacation today, and couldn't feel much worse. Family issues, business issues, and about a hundred little bull*%#$ issues.

I keep thinking about you guys and what I said to Jean at our last meeting. "When you are feeling low, you need to reach out. Don't just let yourself spiral alone in your own head." That is what brought me to my computer. It is time for a little home cooking! I am noticing, even now as I consider what to write, that my perspective is changing the tiniest little bit. This is good. Now I need to spend a little time asking for some help from above.

Thanks for being there everyone. Internet service where we are going is spotty, but I hope to be in contact while we are away.

Be sure and take care of each other.

  1. Just remember what a true inspiration you have been not only to me but the many others who have touched your life. I hope your vacation is a renewing experience by making choices that are good for you and your family. Reaching out is NOT EASY - I know! But when I do, I'm always rewarded. I find peace in nature and will pray for the best for you everytime I look out the window or take walk (okay, taking a walk was an after thought, but I'm new at putting exercise in my vocabulary.

  2. Jean is so right!!!

Bruce, you have helped me through some dark stuff when I reached out! Thank you forever. Best of all you inspired me, and by example showed me how to look up and not down. I hope things have worked out to be not so bad and that you are feeling better. If not, let us know--we are here for you and we are here for each other. Take good care!

  3. Bruce, keep it going. You have been on a great roll and times like this are why the prize club is such a valuable concept and group. The group can help to steady the individual in times of need when it is built on a strong foundation. You have been inspirational and for that I say thanks and any help I can give I will give willingly.

  4. Thanks guys. Your warm thoughts and wishes mean a lot to me.

We all made it down to Abaco (four of us on three different flights and days. (What a disaster...one of the "BS things" I referred to in my post) and I am feeling better.

I hope you all are well. Again, thanks.
